Frequently Asked Questions

When you get to the Broadcast page, HIT START BROADCAST AND STOP BROADCAST ONLY AT THE BEGINNING AND END OF YOUR EVENT.

After your live stream ends, it will automatically be converted into a VOD (Video On Demand). By default, the video will be priced at $4.95. You can update the price at any time, setting it anywhere from free to any amount you choose.

If you set your video price to zero, we will run ads on your fight. Revenue from these ads will not be shared unless you contact us to discuss and negotiate a percentage based on your specific situation.

It is easy to cast your smartphone screen to a TV. The cast screen function works in a variety of ways depending on if you’re using Android or iOS, Roku, Fire TV, or Apple TV. Although not every smartphone or TV has this capability, many of them do. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer or universal instruction manual. So we have compiled how to mirror a screen on nearly every device. This is how to connect a phone to a TV. Please watch the video to learn how.

BoutCard.tv is a content streaming platform and does not promote or sanction fights. Fighters using our platform are independently broadcasting their own events and are not being paid to compete, but rather earning income through the sale of digital access (pay-per-view) to their fight content.

If you are a registered amateur fighter with a governing body such as USA Boxing, a State Athletic Commission, or any other official organization, you are responsible for understanding the rules that govern your amateur eligibility.

By using BoutCard.tv, you acknowledge the following:

  • You are not being paid a purse or appearance fee to fight.
  • Any income earned is from content sales, not as compensation for participation in a sanctioned bout.
  • You understand that receiving money for streaming your fights may affect your amateur status under certain sanctioning bodies or commissions.

If you are unsure about how streaming may impact your status, we strongly recommend consulting your coach or the sanctioning body that governs your sport before using BoutCard.tv.
