BY USING OUR WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY – PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on BoutCardTV and forms part of your agreement with us. BoutCardTV is a platform dedicated exclusively to combat sports and athletic competition. Any breach of this Policy may result in the deactivation of your Content and/or the immediate termination of your account.

Defined terms in this Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use. For questions or to report violations, please contact support@boutcard.tv.

1. AGE REQUIREMENTS

All users of BoutCardTV must be 18 years of age or older, or have the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to access the platform and its content.

2. NO EXPLICIT SEXUAL CONTENT

BoutCardTV is strictly a combat sports and athletic media platform. We do not permit, host, or facilitate explicit sexual content. Do not use BoutCardTV in any manner that features:

  • Sexual Activity: Any actual or simulated sexual acts, explicit conduct, or pornographic material.

  • Nudity: Public nudity or explicit conduct in a place where the general public is present, or any nudity in avatars, headers, or promotional media.

  • Non-Consensual Imagery: The sharing of non-consensual, fake, or manipulated intimate images.

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT

Do not use BoutCardTV in any manner that features or facilitates:

  • Illegal Activity: Any activity involving the exploitation, abuse, or harm of individuals, especially those under the age of 18.

  • Hateful Conduct: Attacking, threatening, or dehumanizing individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or disease.

  • Abuse & Harassment: Stalking, doxing, defaming, or any form of predatory behavior toward athletes, creators, or fans.

  • Unauthorized Violence: While BoutCardTV celebrates sanctioned combat sports, we prohibit violence or harm outside of regulated athletic competition, including prohibited role-play, suicide, self-harm, or any use of objects likely to cause physical harm without express athletic consent.

  • Prohibited Items: The use or sale of weapons or controlled substances in a manner that threatens harm to yourself or a third party.

  • Inaccurate Information: Misleading descriptions of media, falsified athlete records, or deceptive account information.

4. PLATFORM INTEGRITY & CYBER SECURITY

  • Prohibited Cyber Activity: Spamming, sharing the personal data of others, or any behavior that interferes with BoutCardTV’s software, hardware, or network.

  • Data Theft & Scraping: Copying content, downloading, sharing, or gathering information from BoutCardTV or any Creator/Athlete for any reason without express authorization.

  • Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Selling regulated items, representing that BoutCardTV has endorsed your content without permission, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.

5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
